Opening Balances
Input of the closing Chart of Accounts balances of your existing accounts or bank accounts on the last business day before you start using Xero
Document Templates
Customise business documents to reflect your brand and look professional. Use a template to set the layout and fonts to display specific information, and add your logo.
Record Management
Enter information about your Clients and Suppliers is into Xero in a standard format, and ensure data is both accurate and up to date
Quotations
Assistance in raising new Quotations to your Customers, adding Terms of Business and conditions for delivery of your service or product
Sales Invoices
Assistance in converting existing Quotations or raising new Sales Invoices to customers, detailing products or services, discounts and payment terms
Purchase Invoices
Enter Purchase Invoices into Xero from your preferred medium, whether that be traditional posting, through email or Dropbox, or direct to Xero
Purchase Orders
Prepare digital purchase orders quickly using inventory items if applicable and email them directly to your suppliers. Convert to invoices on delivery
Bank Reconciliations
Carry out the process of matching the transactions imported into Xero from your bank account, with transactions already entered in Xero
VAT Returns
Ensure all invoices, bills, credit notes within the Return period are entered and bank reconciliations completed. Submit online VAT Return to HMRC via Xero
Credit Control
Manage outstanding Debtors to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. Configure auto-email reminders in Xero as appropriate to the business needs.
Reporting
Provide realtime financial reports including Trial Balance, Cash Flow and Profit and Loss to enable you to understand how your business is performing
Accountant Liaison
Conduct discussions with your Accountant to ensure all financial information is accurate and provide timely reports for year-end accounting
